WHAT DO I NEED TO ORDER THROUGH “A BASIC CABLE COMPANY”?
before we can fulfill your order, we will need a completed/signed master service agreement (MSA) between you and us, as well as an up-to-date certificate of insurance (coi).
Without those on file, we are unable to move forward, but once we have those, all subsequent orders will be a breeze!
unfortunately we are unable to provide insurance through us—you will need a third-party insurance provider.

i’d like to order for more than 7 days. do i need to return the package and order again to continue the rental?
definitely not! we’re here to make things easy.
when you submit your request for gear, please give us the dates you’re interested in. we’ll calculate the total cost based on the dates, and send you an updated order to sign off on.
if you want to hold onto the package for a year or two, just let us know and we’ll set it up for you! we can quote you for long-term rentals, if you’ll need the gear for awhile but it doesn’t make sense for you at retail price on a weekly basis.

oh no! The pa left the camera package in the cargo van in an unsecured parking lot over night, and when they came back the next morning, the van was gone!
Don’t worry! the good news is you’re insured!
let us know asap after you realize there’s an issue, and we will send you a replacement part(s) to cover the dates you’ve paid for! we will get in touch with your insurance company to handle the lost/stolen gear. this also applies to damaged gear, in the event something falls and breaks, etc.
and when your rental is complete, just send everything back to us as planned. additional shipping costs will apply if you’re not picking up locally.
